Andy Binning:

Computer programming was a hobby while in school, years before my first IT job in 1992 with the Ministry of Forests as a co-op student.  I helped migrate data, build & troubleshoot spreadsheets, and assisted with an Access database.

Since then, I’ve done database administration for Baywest Property Management and BC Hothouse, data reporting for The Worker’s Compensation Board of BC, data warehouse development for several health insurers in the US, technical editing of a VB certification book for MacMillan Computer Publishing, and Developer Support at Microsoft out of their Redmond offices.
